As everyone is aware, due to the war in the Middle East, there has been a dramatic increase in the price of fuel.

Due to the fact that we are in Far North Queensland, and almost all of our goods require long haul transport, we have been affected more than other parts of the country. In most cases, our suppliers have imposed fuel levies, and some have increased their prices by more than 25%.

As a result we have been left with no choice but to pass on some of this extra cost to the customer. In the interest of transparency we have decided that this would take the form of a Temporary Fuel Surcharge.

Effective 24 April 2026 we will apply a 5% Fuel Surcharge to every customer bill.
